All of our premium loose leaf teas should be brewed for under a minute. We prefer 15 to 45 seconds depending on the tea. Use a tablespoon of leaves. Let your boiling water sit a minute before using.

Always Rinse

The first brew should always be a 5 second rinse. This activates the tea and washes away any tea dust. Don't count this as your first brew.

Reuse Leaves

Premium loose leaf teas may be reused multiple times. We reuse 6 to 8 times. Use the leaves throughout the day. Keep used leaves in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
